Claudio Monteleone
Born: Bergamo on 11th April 1971.
Law School: State University of Milan 1996.
Admitted to Bar: October 2001.
Statutory training: Studio Legale Condemi in Bergamo. He focused
on Criminal Law and Civil Law (contract law, debt collection, bankruptcy, litigation).
From May 1999 to October 2001 he cooperated with Studio Legale
Frau & Partners in Milan improving his knowledge of IT Law, Internet Law,
International Law, Debt Recovery, Contract Law, Litigation.
January 2001: co-founder of Monteleone & Morra Studio Legale

Avv. Monteleone is Assistant Editor of the scientific review cyberspace & law.
He is also in charge of the column "IT law" published on Net Jus
(www.netjus.org).
On 12th May 2000 he held in Castione della
Presolana (BG) a lesson on the legal aspects of the paramedical
assistance during the A.T.S. course.
Last 23rd March 2001 he held a speech on the italian
jurisprudence about domain names and intellectual property during the Course
for Arbitrators organized by the "Camera Informatica di Milano".
Since 2003 is a lecturer of IT and Internet Law in the State University
of Bergamo, Law Department.
